Did you pay in April 2021 when you did the extension and pay again in MAY? May was after the extension deadline.
Don't know why you paid again in Oct 2021 except to add a state. The amounts are not showing. Maybe you used a different account?
Then why did you buy the 2020 Desktop program in August 2022? Didn't you finish and file 2020 back in Oct 2021? Or did you need to amend 2020? Since you paid for online you didn't need to buy the Desktop program. They would have let you download the program,
