I can simply make no sense of what you are trying to explain. It seems you are trying to use your tax return as a remedy for a problem you have with your employer---over an issue regarding $1000 that you believe the employer owes you. Your problem is with the employer. Trying to amend your tax return to recover money that you think is owed to you by your employer just will not work.
"My Employer deposited my 2024 in 2023" is mystifying. What 2024 did your employer deposit to 2023? It just does not make sense.
