After you file
Your question is not clear. We do not know what you really mean when you say TurboTax "didn't file them or filed them incorrectly." TurboTax does not file your tax returns. The USER files the returns by clicking a big orange button that says "Transmit my returns now." Did you not do that? Or were your returns filed with mistakes?
Are you just looking for copies---- or are you now attempting to fix the returns and get them filed correctly?
Or do you mean you started to prepare your returns using TurboTax but something went wrong and you either did not file the returns successfully or the returns were rejected?
If you used TurboTax online:
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Start a 2022 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

You do not say how many years you are trying to go back. It is too late to use TT for any tax year earlier than 2019; earlier year software is no longer available, and cannot be updated or supported.
For 2019, 2020, or 2021, you can use the CD/download software to finish preparing the returns to mail in. But do not try to combine them in any way. Do not even put them in the same envelope to mail.
If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.
They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday-Friday.

If you are getting a refund, there is no penalty for filing late. If you owe tax due, then file and pay the amount due as shown on the Form 1040, but expect a bill later from the IRS for the penalty and interest you will owe. Only the IRS will calculate this—TurboTax will not calculate it.
