After you file
Did you use a mailing service like certified mail to track it so you would know it was received? If you did not do that, then it is possible that your envelope simply has not yet been opened. It takes the IRS quite awhile to open mailed returns and enter them into the system. When they finally open it they will enter it and you will be able to track your refund on the refund site.
TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
