After you file
The IRS may correct your return. As @xmasbaby0 says, wait.
If you do not receive an IRS correction, do amend your return. Unemployment and W-2 income are both fully taxable on federal, but there are differences. Additionally the IRS computers may not "see" you Form 1099-G because it was entered as wages and audit you for not reporting unemployment.
