After you file
N o one else has access to your account. TurboTax never knows if you received your refund or if you paid your tax due. You have to rely on your own records for that information. Check your bank/credit card records to see if you paid or received a tax refund.
If your online account says anything other than "accepted" the return was not filed unless you personally put the return in an envelope and took it to a mailbox. If it was not filed then you can still file it but it has to be printed, signed and mailed. It cannot be e-filed.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
