@jo76 You are the only one who can access your tax return and you have to print a copy for yourself if you need a copy. No one else can access it or send it to you.
The system is in transition from 2019 to 2020 right now so the pdf you can get to is unlikely to be complete until early December. Going forward, save a copy and print it before mid-October.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
