If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

I need to order a replacement card. I have tried everything online, phone, but I get no where. It will not work! How can I speak to an actual person? When I call the phone number I wait on hold and I still cannot speak with someone!! Please someone help?!?!?!

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number. Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.
