I order a Turbo debit card for my taxes and it was the wrong apt number and it never came. I've ordered a second one and I've tried to correct my address and check to see if it's coming here. Calling that number has not helped.

1- Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.
2- Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received.
3- Choose #2 for cards never received.
4- Enter your social security number when prompted and continue following the instructions.
