After you file

@ReachAndConnectACSO, there is only so much TurboTax can do on our end in regards to a delay for your refund. We have no access to the IRS systems and they do not share any information with us after the return is accepted. If you get a letter in the mail or see a specific code on your status, you can always share that here and we'll try our best to provide insight into the situation. Sometimes though, the only contact that can give you the best information is the IRS, since again, we do not get copies of the letters or delay codes, etc. If the IRS notifies you that there was an error on your return and it was due to TurboTax error, please let us know by contacting customer care.
