@pam01 Luckily for you the filter removed the phone number that you posted here in a public web site so that you do not receive calls from scammers and would-be identity thieves who would love to call you and pretend to be from TurboTax.
No one else can update your account for you or access it at all.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
