Do you mean your Refund? Did you efile or mail your return? They just started processing mailed returns that have been stacking up. See this IRS page for the latest information
https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-operations-during-covid-19-mission-critical-functions-continue

If you efiled....Was your return Accepted? First double check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

Then only the IRS can tell you. IRS Where's my refund https://www.irs.gov/refunds/
Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual federal tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end. That was for federal and state combined.

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

When will you get your refund,

I received a letter from IRS stating that they changed the amount claimed as a Recovery Rebate Credit on my 2020 tax return for one or more reasons: amount of RRC was computed incorrectly; Social Security number for one or more of qualifying dependents was missing or incomplete (No dependents claimed) We are married filing a joint return and only claimed the Standard Deduction, no credits, and did receive the correct RRC amount.

@Harley760 LOTS of people are getting those letters.

TurboTax has no way to know whether you received the 1st and/or 2nd EIP payments.   When you prepared your tax return you were asked in the Federal Review section if you had received those payments.   If you said you did not receive the payment(s) then the stimulus payment was put on line 30 of your tax return as a recovery rebate credit.  The IRS cross checks every return with an amount on line 30.  If the IRS sees that they already issued the EIP payment(s) to you then they adjust your refund.

Check your IRS account---does the IRS say they sent you a payment that you did not receive? (If you filed a joint return you need to check for both spouses.)   If so you can ask for a trace to be put on the payment.

If you were issued a payment and have not received it, see How do I request a payment trace to track my first or second Economic Impact Payments?

Ignore that "laundry list" on the notice ... what is means is they disagree with the amount of the advance stimulus payments you entered on the tax return and so they have adjusted the refund.  The TT program computed the credit based on the information you entered for the first 2 stimulus payments.

If you claimed a missing stimulus payment on your return but the IRS took it off you have to ask the IRS. They think they already sent it to you. Maybe it went to an account you don't remember. Or you got a check or a card. It was probably easy to miss the debit card in the mail and think it was junk mail. They have to put a trace on it.

See question F3 here, you can expand it to see how to put a trace on it.
