There is no online version of TurboTax Business for tax year 2022. Are you referring to the software that is used for a return for a C-corps, S-corps, multi-member partnership, or an estate return?
TurboTax Business is a CD/download program that has to be used on a Windows computer. Not sure what you purchased ---but it could not have been an online version of TT Business for tax year 2022. Do you mean that you paid online to get the download?

A 2022 return cannot be e-filed. It must be printed, signed and dated in ink, and must be mailed in.
