Why is NJ 1120S not downloadable until 3/13/20?

I finished my S Corp. Federal Tax 2 weeks ago but Turbo Tax says I can't download NJ S corp program until estimated 3/13/20. My Tax is due on the 15th. That is cutting it too close. Why the delay in downloading my program?
