I don't know what you mean by "access code." 

 

If you're referring to the license code needed to activate your TurbTax CD/Download software, read the following article for instructions:  Activating TurboTax CD/Download software

 

For a service code, to apply a discount to the TurboTax Online fee, refer to the following Help Article:  Where do I enter my service code?
