What do I do with a k1 I received from Wisconsin?

I inherited 26,500 dollars from my uncle last spring and I filed my taxes in February this year and just received the k1 in the mail last Friday way after I filed. What should I do?

You will need to file an amended return to include the information reported on the K-1.
