What is the issue you are having with these two items? Did you import investment documents?

If your financial institution is a TurboTax 1099 Import Partner, you would likely have been able to import your 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-OID, 1099-R, 1099-NEC, and 1099-MISC by February 15, 2025.

Check here for updates to the Help Article with this information.

The imports do work, but each brokerage/ financial institution may have different instructions for importing from their accounts, especially the larger companies, where you need to be sure you have identified the right subsidiary or type of account.

When importing, make sure TurboTax and Windows are both updated, and temporarily disable all anti-virus software (including modem).  Make sure your broker does not require you to allow 'third party access', which you may enable in your broker account, if this applies. Some users reported that disabling security software solved the issue. See this thread for other experiences and suggestions.

If your financial institution is not a TurboTax 1099 Import Partner, you would need to enter the information yourself by the type of investment income and 1099 type you received.

See this article for information on how to enter sales; this article for Forms 1099-INT, and this one for Forms 1099-DIV.

Please see this TurboTax help article for more information on how to address issues with importing.
