In Home and Business, under the Enter your 2020 W-2 Wage Information, the form is broken, and I cannot fix it. Has anyone else seen this?

Specifically this is in the section on Estimated Tax payments.

In TurboTax H & B, I am at the screen Enter your 2020 W-2 wage information and the screen looks fine.

Perhaps you should report to the Contact us page.  Make sure that you report the correct version of the software under the link Edit.  Explain as completely as you can your problem.
