Illinois Fiduciary forms availability table only lists page 1 and page 2 of IL-1041

Looking at the table for TurboTax Business State forms availability for Illinois / Fiduciary, it shows:

 

IL-1041, pg 1, Fiduciary Income and Replacement Tax Return

IL-1041, pg 2, Fiduciary Income and Replacement Tax Return

 

But the form has 3 pages (at least). Page 3 seems to be where the tax computation is. Somewhere it says "if it's not in the table, it's not in the software".

 

Can I complete 2021 Illinois form 1041 for a small family trust using 2021 TurboTax Business State?

Note that the actual form is five pages because Schedule D is included. As a result, whoever is responsible for maintaining the list of forms probably overlooked page 3.
