I need to file my husband's business (an LLC) but have no K-1 form as he is the only owner with no employees.

How do I do this? TurboTax won't let me file unless I have a K-1

Single member LLC's are considered disregarded entities by the IRS and therefore, separate returns for the LLC are not required to be filed.  The LLC business activity is to be included on the personal income tax return of the LLC member on Schedule C, E, or F (depending upon the type of business).  Therefore, for your husband's LLC, there will be no K-1 form because the entity is not required to file a separate return.

See more information here: IRS:  Single-Member LLC's

To enter the business income and expenses, you will want to use TurboTax Self-Employed (Online) so that the business expenses can be deducted.

To start entering the business activity in TurboTax, see the information below regarding the entry of income and the entry of business expenses.
