When you go to the "Delete a form" screen, make sure to scroll through both the Federal and State forms to look for old K-1 forms associated with your return.

I have encountered the same problem except with New Jersey. The program takes me to a Partnership Income screen and I have no partnership income. I've looked for K-1 forms and none are present in my return. Any help on how to move past this hiccup so I can finish my return would be appreciated. Issues of credibility are disconcerting in tax preparation software. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
Check the "Delete a Form" section for a K-1 or K-1 related form. Check in both the federal and state forms.

This doesn't help me. I bought CD and down load it.
I didn't see "Tool" and I can't delete k-1 in NJ return due to K-1 from IRA account and not applied to enter.
Thus I am able to delete from Federal, but no way to delete it from NJ.
Very frustrated.
Thanks
I also installed the TurboTax Premier 2020 from CD but was unable to delete the Federal K-1 form, and it keeps asking to fill out the K-1 form. Please help to provide instructions on how to delete a non-online installation. Thank you.
@Dendin38 To delete a Form K-1 from TurboTax CD\Download:
I had a similar problem of TurboTax complaining about the K-1 entries (which were blank in my case)... I was also unable to see the K-1 form in the full list of forms. To see that list of forms, go to the top blue bar of TurboTax app and click on the "Forms" icon in the right margin of that bar, that will bring up the list of all the Forms applicable that have been filled out by TurboTax through the interactive interface so far.
To get the K-1 to show up, I had to "fix" the error by going from the Smart Check process, providing a Partnership Name entry (made one up) since that was one of the errors highlighted. Then I saved my return, and then went back to "Forms" list, and there it finally listed the K-1 Form with my made up Partnership name. I could then highlight and delete this errant form (there's a Delete Form button at the bottom of the Forms listing). This finally cleared up my K-1 "error" during the Smart Check step. Hope this helps...
OR....
Try deleting it this way. Go to the K-1 interview section here
Federal Taxes Tab or Personal (Home & Business version)
Wages & Income
Then scroll way down to Business Investment and Estate/Trust Income
Schedule K-1 - Click the Start or Update button
If the first screen says "Do you want to review Schedule K-1?". You have to answer yes and then click Update by the Schedule K-1 type (LLC, S corp, trust). The next screen is the Summary screen listing all of the K-1 entered for that type of entity. You can review, edit or delete it there.

I've deleted empty K1's both ways- both through federal and in the forms. Deleting it in the federal didn't propagate to the state. Deleting it in the forms showed the forms are gone in that view, but
1. left the relevant empty entries in other forms.
2. when I go to transmit the return, I'm told to fill in a form that should have been deleted.
In both cases, it seems like the only way around is to not efile (unfortunately I already paid Turbotax for the efile) or to fill in bogus information. This is quite buggy experience. There should really be some way to bypass bad validations.
Trying to delete a K-1 for a partnership that was dissolved several Years ago. I have followed the directions by going to the section where I am asked if I received a K-1 and did was the instructions said but it is still there. I then went to Tools where the instructions said to click on Delete Form in the drop down menu but there is no such link. How do I get rid of the form and all associated forms if those two directions don't work?
To remove a K-1 from a dissolved investment, you must indicate that you disposed of the investment. It's possible you didn't report the disposal in the final year.
These instructions are for TurboTax for Desktop. The screens may be slightly different in TurboTax Online, but the process is the same.
Review your entries under Wages & Income >> Business Items >> Schedules K-1:
This process will include the investment on your current year tax return, but it should be removed next year.
If you would rather remove the K-1 this year, follow these steps (TurboTax for Desktop only):
