How can i delete information In my 1099 B Information i need to delete

If you haven't e-filed or mailed in your tax return and:

 

you need to delete form 1099-B, see

• If you're using TurboTax CD\Download software and need to delete a form, click here. 

or you need to edit information on your 1099-B:

1. In your opened return, type 1099-B in the search box and click on Jump to 1099-B.
2. On the Your investment sales summary screen, click on Review.
3. Continue with the online interview and enter or delete the erroneous item.

 

The directions in the link do not work for me.  The link points me to a left menu where I am supposed to find tax tools.  But there is no left menu and so no tax tools.  So at this point am unable to delete a form 1099-B.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's the procedure for deleting forms in TurboTax Online:  

1. Open TurboTax Online
2. Select Tax Home in the left pane
3. On the Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, select the dropdown on the right side of any box in the middle of the screen, then select Start or Review/Edit
4. After more topics will generate in the left pane, select the Tax Tools dropdown
5. Select Tools
6. In the pop-up window Tool Center, select Delete a form
7. Select Delete next to Form 1099-B and follow the onscreen instructions.
