Hello, I don't have a K1 document but turbotax insists that I have a K1 document and I have to upgrade to even higher fee structure. Can someone please help?

Here's a way to delete your K-1 and related forms without upgrading. Do it through Tax Tools.

Note: In addition to the K-1, you'll need to delete any K-1 related forms that also carried over from your 2020 return. I can't see your tax return so I don't know what those forms are (if any). Look for forms that don't apply to your 2021 income tax return. An example might be Form 4562 Depreciation, and delete them also.

  • Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
  • In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
  • In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
  • Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.

It's only allowing me to delete the K1 document if I upgrade to TurboTax premium. With out that, I cannot delete the K1 income.

I don't have any income this year from K-1.
