Does anyone else have an issue importing crypto exchange tax report csv transaction file? It is the specific Turbo Tax format, but fails with invalid date on first line.

Cointracker.io consolidated exchange wallet reporting (Coinbase associated). It is the csv file specifically formatted for Turbo Tax.
Fails at 06/30/2019. Says Invalid Date.
Header and First Line of file:
"Asset Amount","Asset Name","Received Date","Date Sold","Proceeds (USD)","Cost Basis (USD)","Gain (USD)","Type"
