Double-check with this tool to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted:

If that confirms it was accepted, you'll need to phone the Missouri DOR to ask a live agent there if they can find it.
When using the state website, enter only the amount of the State refund as shown on your state tax return, not the combined Federal + State figure that TT gives you.
Yes that is what i did. TT website gives a total figure with state and federal combined. It also gives the state and federal totals individually. I entered obly the state total as a whole dollar amount (leaving of the cents). When i go to the missouri department of revenue site and put in my info they show gaving no record of my taxes. Yet TT website says it was accepted by the state of missouri the same day my federal was.
I don't know if by "whole dollar amount" that means to truncate the cents or to round the figure. If the cents were over 50, try rounding it up to the next dollar, if you haven't already.
Otherwise talk to the state DOR, and tell them TurboTax shows it was accepted. They have other ways to look you up.
I will just have to contact the missouri DOR is what it seems it is boiling down too. P.S. On a side note it seems that the link under the state of missouri which links you too the states individual tax inquiry system is broken. I have only been able to access the inquiary system by going directly to missouris DOR site directly. Then using the links there to navigate to the inquiary system.
