If you selected to have your refund direct deposited on the TurboTax Visa Card your applicable refund will be deposited on your card once the IRS and/or state approve and release the refund. Typically it takes about 21 days to receive your refund from the IRS when you e-file and choose direct deposit as your refund choice. Check your refund status here.
Now, if you claimed the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) you may have a delay.
