Yes. If you elected to have your refund deposited onto your debit card, you should receive both refunds to that card. If for some reason your state department of revenue and or the IRS are not able to deposit the funds to your card, you will be mailed a check instead. If a check has to be mailed to you, allow up to 14 business days, excluding holidays, once it has been mailed to receive it.
