Why is my tax refund advance not showing up anywhere after I've applied, filed, and been accepted?

Check your return to make sure it includes a copy of the Refund Advance. If it doesn’t, you likely didn’t go through all the steps, or you accidentally selected another payment method that will automatically cancel your Refund Advance application.

You have three options to select from to receive your refund:
-Within one hour with Refund Advance.
-Up to 5 days early with Credit Karma Money.
-Up to 21 days with Direct Deposit.

I am having the same issue. Except it’s been 4 weeks since my acceptance by the IRS and I was approved for the advance however CK says they can’t release funds until TT updates my tax tracker from pending or received to Accepted. I’ve dealt with this same situation the last 3 years. If you can’t seem to get us our money on a timely fashion please stop offering and promoting these features.

Tried getting to live chat no luck! Hopefully logging out n deleting all history may help….otherwise the advance was just a waste of effort and my time.

The IRS did not start accepting returns until Jan 23, 2023. If you have not received the advance, you will receive the entire refund via direct deposit once the IRS finalizes the return. @JimmicaB
