Why? I am at the end of my rope.you have been paid out of refund, I still have not. three months and counting, and I can never get help at the same old phone # again,why?

If you have already taken the steps provided, then you may want to contact the Internal Revenue Service Refund Hotline at 1-800-829-1954, and select option 2.  You will need to speak directly to a representative to explain your situation if the automated system does not provide you with the necessary information.
