Why don't my prior year tax returns show up in Turbo Tax Online?

I have used Turbo Tax Online for 4 years using the same account login. Why don't my prior year tax returns appear in the left margin?
My data needs to be imported from 2022 but won't if Turbo Tax Online doesn't show them.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
