We do not see the email you received from TurboTax. What type of funds is the email referring to?
If this was for the unemployment compensation exclusion on your 2020 tax return, you do Not need to file an amended return. The IRS is calculating the tax refund for the exclusion and will be sending a refund for those eligible throughout the next few months.

If the email was about the unemployment exclusion change then it said you "MAY" need to amend the state return depending on how they were treating this change and the federal return but only IF the change makes you eligible for a credit not already claimed on the original return HOWEVER until the IRS has completed processed the return do not file any federal amendment since they seem to be catching these things for you.
i already did the amenment last mounth because you guy keep sending me email to do it and now i got a letter from department of revenue that im not eligible for the massachusetts unemployment deduction and i just want to know why because when i file the amend you guys said i be getting 3,000
