Who do I connect with if there is a difference with the deposit from TPG in my account? Also, my return stats accepted not issued a refund.

Are you stating that your return hasn't been approved yet but you received a deposit from TPG?  Please post any additional information here in the thread and we will be happy to help.

I am experiencing the same issue. The IRS website says it’s accepted but not “sent.” Yet I received 2/3 of my expected refund. Following this post for answers.

The federal and state refunds are issued from totally different taxing authorities and do NOT show up at the same time.

 

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

 

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted: 

https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/wheres-my-refund/

 

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2022 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

To track your state refund:
