Who completes the rest of my tax advance application? I was told by Turbo that my application was not complete; yet I filed my taxes & chose the option for the advance.

It’s accepted my taxes 1/30….. soooooo how would the application for the advance be incomplete? Have spoken with both credit karma & turbo; they BOTH blame one another. I highly suggest fixing it or I will be reporting Turbo for fraudulent advertising practices!
