Where is my CA tax refund?

I submitted my IRS and State return several months ago through TurboTax and I have received my Federal return back in March and when I contacted the state they said that they have no record of my State filing.  Please call me and let me know what is the hold up

What does your account say?  Does it say your state return was rejected?  Maybe the state return was not filed.

 

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
