Where do you locate confirmation page of payment on turbo tax?

No such thing. Your only payment confirmations come from your own bank records: Credit card or bank account statements ...

I thought the last page when you submit payment. Indicated that the transaction was completed.

Nope; Most your return/TurboTax can do is reflect what you Asked for. Only You can confirm payment, through Your records. You can see your account that IRS has on file via this link: https://www.irs.gov/payments/view-your-tax-account

But as Rainman already said, that's it.  Your only PROOF that you paid is your own bank/credit card record.

TurboTax cannot/does not confirm that you entered accurate information to make the payment.
