Where can I find my 2009 taxes

Do you really mean 2009 or is it 2019? if 2009, unless you saved a PDF copy on your computer, thumb drive or cloud it's gone. Neither the IRS nor Turbotax retain a 15 year-old return. In the future save a pdf copy on your computer and another in the cloud or thumb drive since hard drives/thumb drives go bad.

TurboTax and the IRS save tax returns for seven years.  After seven years --- they are gone.

 

 

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !

 

EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records.  That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.
