Just leave that blank, and the IRS will automatically pull the payment on May 17.

Hello! This article seems to suggest that there was just an update put out earlier today that should allow payment date entries after 4/15. (The article itself was just modified about half an hour ago).
If it persists, you should be able to follow the helpful advice SweetieJean provided.
I am unable to test this on my end without paying for a test return, but I am going to try and hunt down some more information if possible. Thanks!
I tried to leave the payment date blank, the system will not allow that.
Turbotax corrected the problem. I was able to use 5/17 as my payment date, thank you.
Who do you contact in Turbo tax to have changed?

The 1st quarter estimated tax payment for tax year 2021 was due on or before 04/15/2021. Estimated tax payment Form 1040-ES
Payment of federal taxes owed on the 2020 tax return is due on or before May 17, 2021. If paying by mail the Form 1040-V is used.
