When to file amended after unexpected 1098 for $150.received?

I filed online Sat. and received acceptance same day. Now have received unexpected 1098 from credit union for $150 interest for a promotion they ran.  Do I file amended now and have 2 returns in system, or wait?  If so, how long?

You can generally begin your amended return after your e-filed return is accepted.  

Please see the TurboTax Help article "How to amend (change or correct) a return you already filed" for instruction on how to amend your previously-filed tax return.
