What was the point of paying for the audit defense if ya'll are absolutely no help? And were quick to take the money out of my checking account no tax refund as of July15

Are you being audited?   Did you get an audit letter ?   Or is the return delayed in processing?  If so no DIY program nor a paid tax pro can help move things along faster ... once filed only the IRS or state have the control of what is happening.
