We spent over $200 for this so called FREE service ! I can't even print my return with our info on it ! They have hijacked my return and are blackmailing me into buying this [removed]. I punched ALL the info in myself
You only need any free pdf reader program to open a pdf file. It shows you are in Deluxe which is not a free version. Have you filed yet? Have you downloaded the PDF file?
Print the return before you file (you will have to pay first)

I guess you don't understand. I have a PDF reader. Turbo Tax will not let me download my tax return with MY info filled out in the PDF, just like I manually put it in when I filed on their website. Now when I open my tax return document , that I manually put the info in and saved to their website, it is completely BLANK ! They want to charge you with some PDF information filler program to download the document with MY information in it.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2023 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
TurboTax never requires a PDF filler, nor links to any website for a PDF filler. Not sure what website you are linking to.
If you have signed onto the 2023 online account that you used to complete and file the 2023 return then the PDF download can be opened by any PDF viewer.
