In order to deliver money as quickly as possible to those who need it, the IRS is sending stimulus payments to eligible taxpayers who filed a tax return in either 2019 or 2018 and chose to receive their refund via direct deposit into their checking account. These taxpayers will automatically have their stimulus payment deposited into the account they received their refund.
We have not yet received confirmation from the IRS on whether they will be putting stimulus payments on prepaid debit cards. However, we have noticed that the IRS has started depositing stimulus payments on some prepaid debit cards for taxpayers that chose to receive their refund through that method in tax year 2019 or 2018. If you received your refund on a prepaid debit card in tax year 2019 or 2018, here is what you need to know:
That doesn't answer the question ...u filed my taxes so u know neither or not I am eligible...and I just keep the same loop over and over again

If you received your federal tax refund by direct deposit on the Turbo Visa card then you will receive the stimulus payment by direct deposit on the Turbo Visa card.
If you received your federal tax refund by direct deposit into your bank account then you will receive the stimulus payment by direct deposit into the same account.
I had the same issue yesterday, seems to be working okay for me today. In this forum you seem to keep getting the same canned response because they don't know the answer. To me they have not done their due diligence is researching how we are going to get paid, therefore I will not be using Turbo Tax next year when there are so many others out there I can use.

ive been trying the app for hours because you all had the genius idea that the app is the only way to update the pin number and i keep getting this error message "there was a problem connecting to Turbo Card" it will not work and i need to update my pin number is there anyone here that can help me?

I just want to the take the time out and say how disappointed I am with TurboTax. The apps won’t load the support number doesn’t work I cant see me or anyone I know ever using TurboTax again big let down

My turbo tax card app isn’t working. Also, why can’t I talk to a Representative? I paid 50 dollars extra to always be able to speak to someone. This is not fair.

I haven't tried using my card yet as I'm at work, using this via my cell, but my wife said she tired to using the website and it took forever to load, and when I try using the app on my cell, I get this message , " Sorry there was an error. Please try again later." It's been like this for the last week or so. But I did get my stimulus payment deposited today on my card. The version of the app is 1.11.0
The toll free number doesn't respond. It just goes to dead air, so checking my balance through that was a waste of time too.
Your not the only one my app isn't working, online site isn't working, phone number doesn't work either. So far Turbo tax users are the only ones with issues.
I didn't get my stimulus. The check my stimulus page told me that the IRS didnt have enough information and I had to re enter my card info in.

Hello I am having the same issues! App and webpage will not load and phone number leads to nothing no ring etc.. found something odd tho when I checked it’s “get my check” portal.. it shows that my stimulus check was deposited today however the bank account it says it deposited it in is not my turbo card account number I filled my taxes with.. So I’m not sure what is going on and why the account number the irs has isn’t the same one it shows on my tax return. I filled with TurboTax like always and opted to receive this darn turbo card.. big mistake I guess..
