However, if you claimed the EIC or Additional Child Tax Credit, the IRS will begin issuing tax refunds on these returns on February 27, 2019 per the rules of the PATH act. This indicates something is wrong with the taxes
Update..it did change for me and gave me a DD for the 21st. If where's my refund does not have any codes on it you'll be fine it's just processing
