We paid $110.00 and are ready to file, but got in a loop going around and around, TurboTax goes back to "wrap up income" instead of going to file, please fix?

Please try clearing your cookies in your browser and then log back into your TurboTax software.  Many times, this will help clear the issue and allow you to log back in. 

 

Instructions to clear cookies to restart TurboTax 

 

After you do this, try logging out of TurboTax, closing your browser, and then logging back in.  This should update your software and allow you to proceed.
