We accidentally marked contributing to an Archer MSA and removed but keep getting Form 8853 to complete. How do we remove this form?

It says to Check This Entry Form 8853 p1: Line B2 check boxes must be entered but we do not have an MSA and we unchecked the box for MSA and changed it to an HSA
