I also experienced this, I was so close to finishing my filing time to go somewhere else, been using TurboTax for years and they can't verify me this company is just horrible.
Keep in mind when you are being redirected it states they are one in the same company, that's how much hot garbage it is.

Not true I have spoken to 5 different representatives this weak that said to speak to a turbo tax representative because it’s nothing they can do just think both parties are just saying anything at this point about to go elsewhere it’s always something every year with turbo tax.
I had the same issue but once I changed my address on credit karma to match my return and linked bank account, it worked. I hope this information helps
the same message was coming up for me then i started doing research and was reading if you previously had a credit Karma spend account that was closed you're unable to open up a new one. Ive been with turbotax i believe since 2017 and have always been able to get an advance which is so helpful, but now i think this will be the last year i will be using turbotax.
What do uou mean? Are u having trouble opening a spend account is this why you cannot get an advance

IT MAY BE AN OLD POST, BUT THE ISSUE IS STILL CURRENTLY AN ISSUE.
Every time, (going on TWO YEARS NOW!)... we are told to contact Turbo, then Turbo tells us it is a Credit Karma issue and there is nothing they can do, and Credit Karma ALSO tells us to contact TurboTax because it is a Turbo issue. I have been filing with trubo for over 10 years, and I will no longer be a customer, due to this being the SECOND YEAR IN A ROW they have not resolved this issue, after pairing up with CREDIT KARMA, because I did not have any issue obtaining the refund advance previously, BEFORE CREDIT KARMA WAS INVOLVED!!!
How are we suppose to "make sure our info is accurate, when 1) IT ALREADY IS! and 2) BOTH PARTIES KEEP GIVING CUSTOMERS THE RUN AROUND!!
This makes absolutely zero sense... and TurboTax needs to get their sh*t TOGETHER!! ASAP!!!! Before they end up losing more customers than they already have from last year for false advertisement, referring to them charging customers, and then having to write them all checks to pay them back for the charge they were never suppose to be charged for filing with them! SMH!

I have been going through the same thing for two years now. Last year i had to end up deleting my money account with credit karma. I was able to make a new one this year, but they are still saying my information does not match. Nothing has changed. I was able to get the advance in 2022, but not the last two years now. I spoke to several people last year about the situation and no one was able to help. Then they tried to contact me 6 weeks later via email asking me if my problem was resolved. I went off.
