Verifying info doesn't match between credit karma and turbo tax

Same. And I was given the option for advance refund and have entered my credit karma info. It won't log into the credit karma part for me to finish filing. Is there a glitch or site error or something

I'm having the exact same issue and I got the advance last year....so frustrating trying to contact anyone TurboTax says it's CK and vice versa....It's seriously holding me up from filing.

I've already done that, when I called that phone number they told me I need to call credit karma they then transferred me.... when I spoke with credit karma they said I need to talk to turbotax they hung up on me.... I have been back-and-forth for the last 8 days with this issue it is ridiculous
