Unhappy customer

I filed my taxes in mid February and I'm still waiting on my tax return. I called the IRS and they say mine is under review and to wait 60 days from March 15th. When I filed with turbo tax to my understanding it was free but I was tricked into paying for the 90 dollar self employment package. I'm not self employed and I barely made over 12k so I know I qualified to file for free. I feel like I got scammed. I was fine with paying the 40 dollars taken out of the refund but then charged an additional 90 for something I did not choose but agreed to because I spent so much time filing. This is not fair now I receiving emails saying to pay the 90 upon receipt.  I did set up for direct deposit with the turbo tax card. But until the IRS pays me I can not pay.  I'm requesting the 90 dollar charge be removed. If not I will never use this service again and will not recommend anyone to use it either. I'm a very unhappy customer. I feel like I would have received my tax return by now had I went a different route
