TurboTax says I'm up to date. Can I count on that being accurate?
Also, if I file my Federal tax separately can I still file Rhode Island online later (without Federal).
I do not want to file Rhode Island via paper.

Can I file my federal taxes now and skip my state for later?
I received a warning notice which shows that my version needs to renew as I pushed "Transmit Return Now" bottom in the efile section. After I renew the version and go back to push "Transmit Return Now" botton, it shows I notice says that "The submission is a duplicate of one that was previously received. Please contact customer support." In the "check E-file Status", It shows that "You haven't e-file a tax return yet". What should I do now?

I follow your step 1" This FAQ will ... (and the website)" steps via my account, I choose my destop version/download software (step 2:Select your product and edition, ask your question, then select Continue)
But the step 3 does not show the information (Enter your contact info, then select Get the phone number). Would you please give me the phone number directly?
