Are you using TurboTax online or desktop version?

Using laptop (have CD, software downloaded & updated).  Return is complete/efiled, just unable to print or save as pdf file.  Program stops responding.

UPDATE:  After multiple tries, I was finally able to save as both pdf and txt documents.  I have no idea why it worked that time and not the others but I'm grateful.  Thanks for trying to help me troubleshoot this 🙂

My 2019 taxes are complete using home and business. When I go to file the program freezes when I try to print. I did try enough times that if I only check print federal forms it will form but adding a state to the request it freezes or if I only check a state form it will immediately freeze the program. Please help.  I am using an older mac the I upgraded to catalina using the dosdude patch updater.
