SO UNLIKE MANY OTHERS WHO HAVE GOTTEN FLUSTERED THROUGH THIS WHOLE ORDEAL OF NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE TEMPORARY CARD ONLINE THAT TURBO TAX PROVIDES FOR ADVANCES, I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO A REP. WHO EXPEDITED ME A DEBIT CARD OVER NIGHT. PREV. I WAS TOLD THE TEMP CARD WAS JUST HAVING A SYSTEM ISSUE. BUT BILLS ARE REAL & NOT TEMPORARY. THE REP WAS ALSO NICE ENOUGH TO REFUND ME THE $15 FEE FOR EXPEDITED DELIVERY. FINALLY, A DECENT HUMAN! IF YOUR TEMP DEBIT CARD IS NOT WORKING, CALL IN & ASK TO HAVE YOUR CARD EXPEDITED, IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT THEIR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING ( & HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR DAYS) YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT! WARNING: REQUESTING AN EXPEDITED CARD DISABLES THE TEMPORARY CARD. #BossNaay
UPDATE: MY EXPEDITED CARD HAS CAME WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY ! IT WAS SHIPPED THROUGH FED-EX & I WAS ABLE TO ACTIVATE WITH NO PROBLEM & START USING RIGHT AWAY! I WAS ABLE TO ADD TO APPLE PAY & CASH APP WITH NO PROBLEMS! IT HAS MY NAME ON IT & EVERYTHING!
